Justin Green, president

Justin Green cofounded Trivium Test Prep in 2012 with three other partners when they realized that the study guides on the market were saturated with “filler” and “fluff” instead of “everything you need to know.” As President, Justin oversees the production of new and existing guides, manages Trivium Test Prep’s growth, and ensures that our study guides stay true to the company’s vision. Before assuming his role as President of Trivium Test Prep, Justin spent five years in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University.

Alyssa Wagoner, sales & Development manager

Alyssa manages the development and marketing of hundreds of Trivium Test Prep materials. Alyssa has several years of experience in writing, editing, website development and project management in the education and nonprofit sectors, and has worked with major organizations such as the U.S. Department of Education, KIPP Public Charter Schools, and the Laura and John Arnold Foundation. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from the University of Houston, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. 


Rachel oversees all editorial work at Trivium Test Prep. She sets the standards for quality and consistency in Trivium's publications and also manages Trivium's team of writers and editors. Before joining Trivium Test Prep, Rachel worked as an educator and freelance writer. She holds Bachelor degrees in English and Ecology from Rice University and an M.L.A. in English from the University of St. Thomas. 

Caroline Brennan, EDItor

Caroline is the editor at Trivium Test Prep. Originally from New York City, Caroline previously worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross at the UN, where she was responsible for report writing, editing, research and information management to support the delegation's work in humanitarian diplomacy. Caroline received her bachelor's degree in International Development Studies with honors from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and obtained her master's degree in Arabic and Islamic studies at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Middle Eastern history. She has lived in Canada, Belgium, Morocco and Hungary, and is fluent in French. She moved to Texas to settle down with her husband and escape the winter. 

Jacqueline Yarbrough, Layout Editor

Jacqueline develops and implements the templates and layouts for Trivium Test Prep. Before joining Trivium Test Prep, Jacqueline worked as a technical writer in the oil and gas industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts degree in Digital Publishing from Oxford Brookes University.





Trivium is a rapidly growing publishing company based in Houston, TX.  Currently, we’re revamping and updating our healthcare publications.  Hence, we’re actively looking for healthcare professionals to write test prep books for us that focus on various certifications.  Specifically, we’re looking for nurses with specialties in the following fields:

  • Emergency nursing
  • Adult, pediatric, and geriatric critical care
  • Cardiac vascular nursing
  • Nursing informatics
  • General nurse licensing (NCLEX)
  • Diabetes nursing
  • Health education specialists
  • Hospice and palliative care
  • Oncology nursing

In addition to nurses, we are looking to hire healthcare professionals from the list below:

  • Physician assistants
  • Phlebotomists
  • Massage therapists
  • Certified Professional in healthcare quality
  • Case managers


It would be ideal if an applicant has certification in one (or more) of the fields listed above and at least five years of relevant work experience.

Trivium Test Prep Partners, LLC is a fast-paced and rapidly-growing publishing firm specializing in test prep study guides. Along with our partners, Cirrus Test Prep and Accepted, Inc., we publish study materials for a wide range of tests, including professional certifications, military entrance exams, and teacher certification tests.

We’re currently looking for line editors and copy editors to help prepare manuscripts for publication. Editors will be responsible for editing documents for grammar and style, and may also be asked to do more substantive edits for clarity and quality.

This will be an ongoing remote contractor position: work will be part-time (5 – 20 hours a week) and projects will be assigned as they become available.


  • provide substantive edits, line edits, and copy edits 
  • format manuscripts for typesetting


  • knowledge of basic editing practices
  • excellent knowledge of grammar
  • ability to write clearly and effectively
  • familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and ability to use in-house style guide
  • ability to work quickly and meet deadlines


  • minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 or more years of professional editing experience
